Non-Whistleblowing Feedback

For general feedback or non-whistleblowing cases such as:

• Estate cleanliness, maintenance, pest or estate issues
• Suggestions for estate improvements or feedback on estate matters

Whistleblowing Reporting

If you are reporting an illegal, unethical, or harmful activity that affects public interest or violates laws, such as:

• Any reprisal action such as action causing injury, loss or damage.
• Intimidation or harassment that is physical, emotional and/or sexual in nature.
• Unethical behaviour or malpractice.
• Illegal acts or other wrongful or improper conduct within the Town Council that constitutes a disciplinary offence or a criminal offence.
