Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply:

Limited to 1 trip per household per month, up to a max of 3 bulky items per trip.
To avoid corridor obstruction, items to be placed outside the unit only on the collection day.
This service is available only from 2pm to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).

This service DOES NOT include:

Glass items (for safety purposes)
Marble items
Dismantling of items
Shifting of house
Clearing of renovation debris
Built-in/Large fixtures (e.g. 4ft cabinets, drawers, 3 door wardrobe and etc.)
Fish tank
Piano/Big musical instrument
Trade Refuse
*Any other item that is unable to fit into the lift.

For safety reasons, please do not leave your bulky items at the common areas such as:

Common corridors/Void decks
Rear of HDB blocks
Centralised refuse chute areas
Staircase landings
Lift lobbies

By submitting this form, I understand and acknowledge that this service is only applicable for HDB residents of Jalan Kayu SMC.

Each household is limited to three (3) items once a month per trip. Items for removal must be placed outside the unit on the day of the appointment.
